He was predeceased by: his parents, William Cleveland Locklear and Ruby Lee Brown Locklear; and his brothers, Eddie Locklear and Ricky Locklear. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacey Weaver and Kathy Roberts; and his grandchildren, Brook Roberts and Katelyn Roberts. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
