He was predeceased by: his father Crayton Smith. He is survived by: his mother Judy Pope; his wife Sherry Smith; his children, Stephanie Herbert (Gerwyn), Bradley Smith and Abigail Roberts (Christian); his stepsons, Matthew Davis (Melissa) and Cody Davis (Sarah); his grandchildren, Aiden Copeland, Kira Herbert, Logan Smith and Emily Richie; and his siblings, Joseph Smith (Rachelle), Todd Smith (Nikki), Jane Smith Nations (Gary), Michael Smith, Allen Smith, Angie Carnes and Renee Adams. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
