It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gloria H Rakestraw (Dallas, Georgia), who passed away on June 6, 2022, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henry and Tommie Henry (Craton); her brothers, Thomas Carter and Robert Carter; and her grandchildren, Caley Hope Rakestraw and Anakin Luke Rakestraw.
She is survived by: her husband Coleman Odell Rakestraw of Bremen, GA; her sons, Adam (Dana Rakestraw), Shane (Jennifer Rakestraw) and Matt (Ashley Rakestraw); her grandchildren, Jedidiah Samuel George Rakestraw, Morgan Ann Rakestraw, Austin Matthew Rakestraw, Yasmine Jade Schmidt (Rakestraw), Hunter Reid Rakestraw, Ireland Grace Rakestraw, Axel Kerestes Schmidt and Anastasia Jade Schmidt; her brother Danny; and her sister-in-law Liz Adair of Dallas, GA..
