He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerties Ernest Hollis and Bertha Grace Freeman Hollis; his son Steve Hollis; and his sisters, Cathy Jill Slaughter and Janeen Hollis.
He is survived by: his wife Ivelyn Gulledge Hollis; his sister Linda Pritchard; his grandsons, Johnathan Hollis and Noah Hollis; and his daughter-in-law Michelle Hollis. He is also survived by Many step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.
