She was predeceased by: her parents, Lofton Puckett and Theresa Puckett; her daughter Amanda Zaloznik; and her siblings, Eleanor Dobson, Linda Neuhaus and Gerald Puckett.

She is survived by: her husband Glen Zaloznik; her children, Angie Sammons, Darren Zaloznik (Dawn) and Derek Zaloznik (Elisabeth); and her grandchildren, Lauren (Cody), Adrian, Alec, Ava, Jacob and Adam. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and a host friends.
