He is survived by: his mother Marion Edith Collette (Seney); his wife Cheryl Collette (Bailey); his daughter Samantha Elizabeth Collette; his stepchildren, Terry Blaine Holloway, Jr., Justin Allen Holloway and Staci Marie Holloway; his grandchildren, Blaine Chandler Holloway, Bentley Allen Holloway, Braxton Allen Holloway, Jason Anthony Holloway and Annsley Marie Holloway; and also Marion Collette.
