He is survived by: his wife Anita Melton; his children, Constance Sarah Lewis, Chris Blackledge (Deanna) and Courtney Erin Barnett; his grandsons, Donald Jerome Lewis, James Riley Lewis, Bruce Allen Lewis and Tyler Mason Barnett; and his sisters, Carolyn Kennedy, Joyce Mote and Betty Bailey.
