He is survived by: his sister Julie Chapman (Harry); his nieces, Meagan Manfull (Sam) and Tori Manfull (Trent); his wife Tammy; and his siblings-in-law, Tim Hollingshead (Amy), Tara (Michael) and Tracy Hollingshead. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
