She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Qualls and Louise Johns Qualls; and her daughter Michelle Roach. She is survived by: her husband Terry Roach; her children, Kenneth Roach, Terrecia Bagwell (Richard), Terri McMahan (Tim) and Donna Henderson; her grandchildren, Krystle Schake of Michael McMahan, T. J, Abigail Dodd (Austin) and Lee Bagwell; and her great grandchildren, Noah Dodd, Elijah McMahan, Liam Dodd and Skylar Schake. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Clark Funeral Home to help with funeral costs.
