He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Neal and Clyde Neal; and his sister Joyce Neal Keltner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Neal; his children, Larry Wayne Neal (Kathy), Sharon Neal Johnston and Teresa Neal Williams (Russ); his brother Fred Allen Neal; and his grandchildren, Patrick Edward Johnston and Linda Nicole Carr. He is also survived by three great- grandchildren.
