She was predeceased by: her parents, Aristofanes Mella and Marina Mella (Minino); her son Jose Frometa; her siblings, Jose Ramon and Marina McNamara; and her son-in-law John Brice.
She is survived by: her husband Gratien Rodrigue Arnell; her daughters, Laura Fitzsimmons (John) and Casta Brice; her granddaughter Rose Arnell; her daughter Arlene Klein (Kevin); and her brothers, Eligro Mella (Gutty) and Hector Mella (Isabel). She is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
