He is survived by: his wife Hazel Ratliff; his daughters, Michelle Engler and Rhonda Ratliff; his grandchildren, Katie Todd, Tim Todd (Molly) and Braeden Engler; and his stepgrandchildren, Dakota Carruthers and Kyle Carruthers. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
