He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilburn Pierce Cobb and Carrie Bates Cobb; his siblings, Edward Lee Cobb and Theresa Ann Phillips; and his brother-in-law Hampton Allred Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn DeVore Cobb; his daughters, Cindy Lynne Cox (Don Cox) and Pamela Jean Meyer (Wayne Meyer); his grandchildren, Hunter Cox, Bethany Meyer, John Williams, Jacob Meyer and Kelsey Anderson Meyer; his great grandchildren, Jace Meyer, Riley Ann Meyer, Sebastian Williams, Addison Meyer, Greyson Williams and Zoey Williams; and his sister Mahallie Cobb. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
