She is survived by: her husband Tim Baggett; her daughter Julie Baggett Penegar (Jason); her grandchildren, Avery Penegar (Katie) and Evan Penegar; and her sisters, Annette Brown (Fred) and Alice Diggs. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
