It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Brooks of Dallas, Georgia, born in Harriman, Tennessee, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Estell Ray, Sr. and Nellie Hendrickson. She is survived by: her husband Michael Duncan Brooks; her daughter Paula; her son-in-law Neal Oran; her son Seth Duncan Brooks; her brother James E. Ray, Jr.; and her grandchildren, Cody McGill, Hayden Oran and Breanna Taylor.
