She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemon Rainey and Lillie Mae Rainey (Gazaway); her husband Lee; her daughter Rhonda Peal; and her siblings, Lona, Willie Mae, Maggie Rae, Owen and Jimmy.
She is survived by: her son Eddie Gurley (Susie); her grandchildren, Matt Gurley (Ashley), Kara Coats (Will), Garrett Gurley (Caitlyn) and Jessie Stanley (Jarrod); and her great grandchildren, Willow Kate, Mattie Mae Gurley, Hollyn, Wade Coats, Oliver Stanley and Gabe Gurley. She is also survived by her family and many friends.
In leu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery fund.
