It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Knight-Brandes of Dahlonega, Georgia, who passed away on March 16, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Vance Parker and Margaret Grass Parker; her grandson Shane Jenkins; and her siblings, Davis Parker, Ruth Shingleton and Gail Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Knight, Greg Knight, Tony Knight, Amanda Jenkins (Boyce), Kenny Pace (Melissa) and William Weger (Annette); her grandchildren, Chris Knight (Ashley), Josh Knight (Ashley), Tim Knight, Kaylon Knight, Luther Jenkins, Kacie McCarver (Roger) and Austin Karley; and her great grandchildren, Maddox, Dexton, Brox, Laina, Lydia, Lawson, Mattie, Wells, Paisley, Makayla, Ava Grace, Aiden, Rhylin, Aurora, Cian and Rhayne.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory of Mrs. Yvonne Knight Brandes to Crisis Assistance Ministry of Union County; Mary Elizabeth Baptist Church missions or building fund; Dahlonega Baptist Church missions or building fund; or to a charity of your choice.
