It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Willie Mae Davis of Dahlonega, Georgia, born in Lumpkin, Georgia, who passed away on June 30, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Hannah Grizzle Berry; her sons, Joe Dan Davis and Roy Dan Davis; and her siblings, Newt Berry, Leon Berry, Frank Berry, Viola Fields, Beveleene Beasley, Cleo Rice, Ella Garrett and Joyce Barrett.

She is survived by: her children, Sue Davis (Meldon Aycock), Ricky Davis (Beverly) and Steve Davis (Angela); her daughter-in-law Gail Davis; and her grandchildren, Jonathan, Jay (Elizabeth), Daniel (Stephanie) and Hannah. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
