He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Azpell and Helen Azpell; and his brother John "Jack" Azpell. He is survived by: his wife Carol Azpell; his children, Chrissy Warren (Rob) of Hartwell, GA, Jeannie Concannon (Pat) of West Chester, PA, Walter Thomas "Tommy" Azpell (Angela) of Franklin, TN, Michael Jeffrey Azpell (Jana) of Kansas City, MO and Amy Cohen (Jason) of Dahlonega, GA.; and his brother Jeffrey Azpell of La Quinta, CA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
