He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Justus and Leona Justus; his daughter Tina Justus Potts; his grandson Joey Middlebrooks; and his sister Sondra Hood.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Jones Justus; his children, Diedra Middlebrooks, Randy Justus (Lisa) and Charles Justus (Tina); and his brother Jimmy Justus (Janice). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Bethlehem Baptist Church, Cooper-Green Men's Prayer Group, or Family Hospice Cumming GA.
