He is survived by: his wife Loretta Abercrombie of Dahlonega; his daughter Suzanne Hitt (Jamie) of Dahlonega; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Samples (Tyler) and Dillon Anderson; his great grandchild Myles Samples; his siblings, Pete Abercrombie, Sue Hicks, Karen Lingerfelt, Terry Forrester (Jeff), Alan Shreffler and Elaine Leger (Phil); his siblings-in-law, Horace Lee and Brooke Gee (Timmy); and his close friends, Sadie and Stan Bafile. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
