Flanagan of Dahlonega, Georgia, born in Cumming, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 25, 2024 at the age of 62. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Roy and Barbara Carnes Flanagan. He is survived by: his wife Kim Flanagan; his children, Brian Smith of Dahlonega, Bruce Smith of Dahlonega, Pamela Smith of Dahlonega and Tristan Flanagan of Dahlonega; his sister Denise Chumbler (Curtis); and his grandchildren, Brandon Smith, Bryson Smith, Scottie Smith, Brooke Jackson and Brently Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
