He is survived by: his children, Kalem Joseph Tooley, Makenna Faith Tooley and Jaylon Wilson Tooley; his granddaughter Lainey Nicole Tooley; his parents, Michael "Mike" Tooley and Patrica "Pat" Tooley; his sister Elizabeth Tooley; and his nephew Elijah Chambers.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Barrett Funeral Home (118 N Brooks St, Cleveland, GA 30528).
