She was predeceased by: her stepfather Harold Bolton. She is survived by: her parents, Sandra Bolton and Adrian Fowler (Karen); her brothers, Kevin Fowler and Brook Bolton (Staci); her nieces and nephews, Braydon, Brookann, Brynn and Brielle; her sister Jenni Waller (Mark); and her nephews, Bryan Waller (Michelle) and Brandon Waller (Hannah).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a local animal shelter or hospice organization, causes close to Mary Beth's heart.
