We bid farewell to Margaret A. Pittington of Dahlonega, Georgia, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 5, 2024 at the age of 76. Margaret touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hal Riegel and Margaret Riegel (Burns); her husband Ronald "Ron" G. Pittington, Sr.; and her siblings, Frederick "Fred" Riegel and Michele Kinnett (Charlie).
She is survived by: her children, April Stolzenburg of Lima, OH, Alisa McPheron (Larry Roth) of Homestead, FL and Ronald "Ron" Pittington (Tiffany) of Dahlonega, GA; her grandchildren, Alexa Stolzenburg of Lima, OH, Matthew "Matt" McPheron (Alexandra "Alex") of Centerville, OH, Emily McPheron (Ryan Sanders) of Lexington, SC, Zachery "Zach" Roth of Houston, TX, Ana McGill (Travis) of Cartersville, GA, Tori Pittington of Douglasville, GA, Christian Pittington (Taylor) of Youngsville, NC and Clara Pittington of Dahlonega, GA; and her sister Patricia "Patty" Anderson of Gahanna, OH.. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Chiles-Laman Funeral & Cremation Services - Shawnee Chapel (1170 Shawnee Rd, Lima, OH 45805). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Rose Catholic Church (523 N West St, Lima, OH 45801).
