He is survived by: his wife Rachel Cato of Dahlonega, Georgia; his children, Keith Cato of Nashville, Stacey Cato (Katie) of Nashville and Melissa Moxley (Daniel) of Yadkinville; his sister Lynda Gastley (Ed); his grandchildren, Jairin, Ravin, Noah and Bo; and his great grandchild Wrenley.
