It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of John Fields of Dahlonega, Georgia, who passed away on February 25, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rev. Barney Fields and Donnie Belle Fields; his sister Sarah Fields Pittman; his parents-in-law, Elisha and Selena Corn; his nephews, Korey and Joshua Godfrey; his brothers-in-law, Hugh Smith and Bobby Pittman; his wife Joyce Fields; his children, Nicole, Rob Reh, Candi, Ashley Wilkins, Jodi and Jim Ligon; his grandchildren, Kylie Reh (Robert Fain), Nicholas Reh, John-Robert Reh, Abram Wilkins, Elin Wilkins and Scooter Ligon; his sister-in-law Joan Smith; and his niece Sheri Hooper.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to Cavenders Creek Baptist Church c/o Clark Anderson, P.O. Box 549, Dahlonega, GA 30533 to restore and upkeep monuments and cemetery maintenance.
