With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joel Kelly of Dahlonega, Georgia, born in Atlantic, Virginia, who passed away on March 12, 2024 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Billye Kelly and William Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Suzy; and his children, August and Cole.
