He is survived by: his wife Norma Jean Brock Owen of Dahlonega, GA; his children, Jim Owen (April) of Gainesville, GA and Melanie Owen of Dahlonega, GA; his grandchildren, Samantha Leach (Alex) and Stephen Owen; and his sister Carma Lee Register (Harold) of Chipley, FL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
