He was predeceased by: his parents, B. Hollis and Polly Hollis; his brother Larry Hollis; his nephew Mike Hollis; and his sister-in-law Joan Givens.
He is survived by: his wife Anne Hollis; his son Matthew Hollis; his daughter-in-law Angela Hollis; his granddaughters, Anna Hollis and Addy Hollis; his niece Jennifer Hollis Hardeman; his siblings-in-law, Carol Givens McGinnis and Bill; his nephew Larry Evans (Becca); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Wren and Gibson; his nephew Daniel (Cindy); and his pet Weezy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dahlonega Funeral Home (20 Gibson Rd, Dahlonega, GA 30533). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
