With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Walter Brooksher of Dahlonega, Georgia, who passed away on February 24, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Brooksher and Eva Mae Thompson Brooksher; and his brothers, Edward Brooksher and Tim Brooksher. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Bryan (Terry) of Anchorage, Dennis Brooksher (Sheila) of Dawsonville, Brenda Gaddis (Lamar) of Dawsonville, Kenneth Brooksher (Carolyn) of Cornelia, Patricia Rund (Lawrence) of Murrayville, Ray Brooksher of Dahlonega and Mary Grizzle (Danny) of Dahlonega; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Brooksher and Teresa Brooksher; and his close friend Phil Smith. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, friends.
