He was predeceased by: his parents, Herchel Stancil and Nettie Stancil; and his brother Jerry Stancil. He is survived by: his wife Kretrena Stancil; his son Christopher Stancil (Tami); his grandchildren, Hunter Stancil and Hannah Barnes (Bo); and his brother Russell Stancil (Frankie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Dahlonega Funeral Home (20 Gibson Rd, Dahlonega, GA 30533). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
