He was predeceased by: his parents, Cy Bell and Lillian Milledge Bell; and his brother Milledge Bell of Gainesville. He is survived by: his wife Sally Smalley Bell; his niece Leigh Brown (Shane) of Flowery Branch; his nephew Chuck Boggs of Japan; his great-niece Emily Breedlove (Tyler) of Flowery Branch; his siblings-in-law, Derrell G. Smalley of Dahlonega, Joan Fulmer (Olin) of Gainesville and Virginia Edmonds (Buddy) of Macon; his niece Morgan Holley (Andrew) of Decatur; his nephew Sam Griffin of Boone; and his cousins, Catherine Milledge Penn Chastain of Avondale Estates, GA, Charlotte Penn Sampson (Darrel) of Statam, GA, June Milledge Overton (Lynn) of Atlanta, GA, Ann Milledge Clayton of Tifton, GA, Helen Milledge Couch and John Milledge (Melanie) of Monroe, GA.. He is also survived by seven great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Little & Davenport Funeral Home (355 Dawsonville Hwy, Gainesville, GA 30501).
In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to Eagle Ranch, Meals on Wheels or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
