He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burzynski and Josephine Boroicz Burzynski; his wife Doris Burzynski; and his son Keith Burzynski. He is survived by: his son Daniel Burzynski; his stepsons, Timothy Head (Leslie Ann) of Dacula and Matthew Head (Kimberly) of Dahlonega; his sister Irene Green; and his grandchildren, Allyson, Zachary and Maxwell.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Anderson-Underwood Funeral Home (2068 US-19, Dahlonega, GA 30533).
