He was predeceased by: his parents, Steve Hallman and Willie Nell Lemley Hallman; his siblings, Ralph Hallman and Dianne; and his brother-in-law Glenn Fair.
He is survived by: his son Mark; his daughter-in-law Kristy Hallman of Dahlonega; his daughter Joy; his son-in-law Mitch Patton of Blairsville; his grandchildren, Grant Hallman, Kenadee Hallman, Georgia Patton, Maddox Patton and Taylor Patton; and his siblings, Mildred Crane (Marvin), Joe L. Hallman (Connie) and Stevie Hallman (Faye). He is also survived by several nieces, nephew.
