He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Fields of Dahlonega; his children, Wayne Alan Fields, Steven Lewis Dale, Allen, Kim Duvall, Winder, Sheri, Chad Bell, Mandy and Cleveland; his sister Betty Raines of Dahlonega; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Fields, Dora Johnson, Mary Jo Vincent, Travis Crowder and Charles Crowder. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
