She was predeceased by: her parents, William Alpheus Smith and Lucy Wynne Smith; her husband Lewis Clyde Dalton; her sons, Lewis Ronald Dalton and Harry Wayne Dalton; and her siblings, Emily "Memmie" Newby, Mary Lou Gould, Mable Insley, William Smith and Harry Smith.

She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Dalton Perkinson of Dacula; her grandchildren, Jason Perkinson of Morgantown, Heather Mangum of Dacula and Georgia; and her great grandchildren, Hayden, Maddox Mangum and Zelica Perkinson.

A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 17th 2024 at 4:00 PM at 1322 Buford Dr, Lawrenceville, GA 30043.
