He was predeceased by: his mother Mae Price Treadway. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sister Pauline Gaddy (Dan); his children, Walter Treadway Jr., Johnnie Treadway (Tommy), Teresa Mossman (Bill) and Diana Turner (Louie); and his stepchildren, Jennifer Bailey, Bryan Bailey, Kevin Bailey (Kim) and Angela Teaver. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and numerous family and friends.
