He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Smith and Gladys Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smith (Whatley); his daughter Karen; his son-in-law Richard Maxson; his son Travis; his daughter-in-law Brandy Smith, II; and his grandchildren, Tyler Maxson, Payton Maxson and Sadie Smith.
