He was predeceased by: his parents, Gideon W. Tanner and Edyth Tanner (Bailey). He is survived by: his wife Sandra Tanner; his son Jamie; his daughter-in-law Laurie Burns; his grandchildren, Madison Burns and Crews (Kate Ledbetter); his great grandchild Baylor Ledbetter; his sister Hilda Poole; and his niece Mickie Barbee. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
