He was predeceased by: his father Elmer Davis. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Davis; his children, Timothy Stephens Davis II (Madison Davis) of Monroe, GA and Rebekah Cooper (Chris Cooper) of Hoschton, GA; his grandchildren, Emma Cooper, Caleb Cooper, Grant Davis and Spence Davis; and his children, Floy Davis of Forest Park, GA, Bill Davis (Diane) of Newnan, GA and Judith Davis of Atlanta, GA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
