He is survived by: his wife Debbie Overcash Holt; his son Jeffery Holt (Carrie Anne) of Columbia, SC; his mother Dorothy Hunt Holt of Worland, WY; his stepchildren, Jeremy, Lauren Brown, Shannon and Michael Cheatum; his brothers, Marvin Holt (Jody), Lee (April) and Vernon Holt (Trish); and his siblings-in-law, Donna Phillips of Monroe, GA and Steven Overcash (Kalli) of Grayson, GA. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
