He is survived by: his wife Nancy Youngblood Zukusky; his sons, Matthew Zukusky and Joseph Zukusky; his daughter-in-law Devon Zukusky; his sister Ruth Donnelly; his brother-in-law Pete Donnelly; his brother Edward Zukusky; his sister-in-law Dianne Zukusky; his nephew Michael Zukusky; his grandchildren, Kayla Zukusky and Jaden Zukusky; and his pet Nicky. He is also survived by friends and co-workers.
