He is survived by: his wife Anh Ngoc Pham; his sons, William Phan and Vu Hoai Phan; his daughter-in-law Loan Tuyet Thi Pham; his grandsons, Liam Phan and Julian Phan; his children, Trang Thanh Thi Phan and Bao Hoai Phan; his children-in-law, Nhan Huan Vo and Mang Vo; and his grandchildren, Leana Ngoc Vo and Kelvin Dang Khoa Vo.
