He is survived by: his wife Jessica; his children, Joe Kissinger (Erin) of York, PA and Tammi Weigel (Jeremy) of Dacula, GA; and his sisters, Carolyn Kern of York, PA and Cathy Myers of York, PA. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked for donations in memory of Philip Allen Kissinger, Jr. be made to the American Cancer Society or any other cancer support organization.
