With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Peggy Irene Deter of Dacula, Georgia, born in Portsmouth, Virginia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2024 at the age of 81. She is survived by: her sister Lucile; her brother-in-law Mike Rom of Florida; her sons, Paul (Donna Deter), Charles (Donna Deter), Tim (Penny Deter) and Sam (Darla Deter); her grandchildren, Heather Mashburn, Amber Meiser, Scott Deter, Chris Deter, Angela Frizzell, Kate Miles, Grace Deter, Rene Deter, Samuel Deter and Hannah Deter; her great grandchildren, David Deter, T. J. Deter, Dehlia Deter, Krystal Deter, Elliott Deter and Evan Deter; and her siblings-in-law, Ron Deter of Florida and Mary West of Ohio.
