She was predeceased by: her husband Otis Harwell. She is survived by: her sons, Charles Smarr of Forsyth, GA and Keith Smarr (Lynn) of Bethlehem, GA; her stepchildren, Christi Adams, LeAnn Harwell and Peachtree Corners; her granddaughter Emily Smarr; her stepgranddaughter Christine Thomas; and her grandsons, Jim Smarr, Clint Smarr, Kleve Smarr and Kasey Smarr. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren; 1 niece.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the National Kidney Foundation, in memory of Ouida.
