She was predeceased by: her son Brian Dennis Webb; her grandson Jacob Peppers; her parents, John Huggins and Dorothy Huggins; her sister Margaret; her brother-in-law Ed Nation; her siblings, Barbara Turner and Fred; and her sister-in-law Debra Huggins.
She is survived by: her husband Paul Webb; her daughters, Darlene Castro and Paula; her son-in-law Jeremy Peppers; her grandchildren, Marie, Cliff Fitzpatrick, Michael, Heather Jennings II, Dean Jennings and John Jennings; her great grandchildren, Cody, Kayla, Molly, Jakub, Emily and Lukas; and her brother-in-law Dennis Turner.
