With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mildred Snelling Blackwell of Dacula, Georgia, born in Monroe, Georgia, who passed away on June 10, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Obie Candler; her husband Roy Lee Blackwell; her siblings, Charles Snelling, Fannie Freeman, John Snelling and Edna Tullis; and her great grandchild Jacquelyn Saggus.
She is survived by: her children, Glenda Flowers (Tommy), Frank Lovell, Jr. (Shelia), Barry Lovell (Karen), Christie Bowman and Fourteen; and her grandchild Eighteen. She is also survived by Eighteen Great Grandchildren, and Six Great Great Grandchildren.
