He is survived by: his wife Kelly Givens; his mother Louise Givens; his children, Dennis, Trey Givens, Darryl Howery, Cameron Myers, Tayler, Morgan Givens and Kristen Howery; and his grandchildren, Brayden, Kaydence, Gabe, Marin, Paris, Charlotte, Zoey, Mackenzie, Evie, Everly and Alexandra. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
